![]() Plus a separate area with crafting stations where the upgrade vendor was going to work. Inside, you could find the shopkeep who sold the keys, a showroom, and a small living area upstairs. The East Empire company showroom was on the Solitude docks, and I added a drawbridge to let you cross the water. The upgrades only became available as you bought the corresponding property, and I hadn’t decided if I was going to use dialogue for the upgrades (like the vanilla game) or use a vendor interface like the key merchant. There was a second NPC (not implemented, but the dialogue/scripts were there) that would be responsible for selling upgrades for each home. Then you’d purchase a key using the vendor interface instead of in dialogue, which would actually let your Speech skill affect the prices of homes. In the showroom, players could approach pedestals for each house to get a description of a given property. I built an East Empire Company shop complete with voice-acted dialogue where the player could go to visit a showroom of property. The idea was simple - a one-stop shop house mod similar to Immersive Armors or Immersive Weapons (hence the humorous title). Immersive Homes of Skyrim™ was a mod I worked on for 60-80 hours over the course of a month. The reason for this being unreleased is that it’s nowhere near complete.
